<>Duncan is modeling the new covers on his couch. They really do make both the furniture and the room look much better.



I am still trying to run errands, etc. After my 5:30 haircut this evening I dropped by mom and dad's to take her some boxes she needed for packing some stuff up. Yep, after all the cleaning and tossing we STILL have cardboard boxes around. I kept some of the good ones in case we needed them for later. On the way home I made a couple of other stops along the way.

The pollen is still very bad especially today with the wind blowing around 15 to 25 mph. Fortunately it was very warm as windy as it was. Last night we did another half inch just after we came in with the dogs from last time out. It poured down off and on for an hour or so.

Who is that behind those Foster Grants? My folks, who else. The man in the background is my mom's brother who, along with his wife, was renting this nice beach house down at Figure Eight Island. He invited all the sisters to come down for a nice long week of relaxing at the beach off the coast of NC.
