Another busy, hectic week. February has come and gone and Frances and I are still burning both ends of the candle. Yesterday was mom’s 85th birthday. Frances, dad, and I drove down to Thomasville to visit mom in the hospital. She has been moved from one side of the floor to the other wing for patients who have improved but still need treatment. She was not great last night but she was better than she was when we visited her in the hospital here a couple of weeks ago.
By the time we visited, drove back to Winston, stopped for a late dinner, and I dropped them off at Creekside it was 10 before I got home. Another late night, away from home. It was not very busy at work today so I left at 3:30. I made a grocery store and library stop on the way home. It’s only 4:40 which gives me at least three hours at home tonight before I head over to Creekside tonight for dad duty.
