Rain overnight and this morning. We had a little over an inch. I had e-mail from Frances at work this morning. She had a call last night from Mr. Little, our realtor letting us know what he he thought of the offer made on the house. He mailed both of us a copy of the offer contract. I sent it to Bob to look over. The offer was very low off the asking price. We are going through re-evaluation of property and dad’s house lost over $10,000 in value. That may hurt us with the sale of the house.
I e-mailed Frances to call me on her break to discuss Mr. Little’s counter offer. I also asked Bob what he thought. After talking it over with Frances we decided to go with Mr. Little’s counter offer to see what happens.
Off to the Y after work. The folks seem to be okay. I did have a call this afternoon from the home health nurse. She is concerned about dad’s leg where they took the stitches out. She put a call in to his doctor to see if it needs a daily treatment and bandage until he goes back to the doctor next week.
