We have had a little bit of fun in our group yesterday and today celebrating the 50th birthday of our secretary. A few people stayed Wednesday night to decorate her office. Yesterday several of us took her out to lunch. Today my supervising attorney took her out for a combined lunch/staff appreciation day along with myself and our paralegal.
I had to go by the apartment yesterday afternoon on the way home from work to meet with the nurse from mom’s long term care agency so I skipped the Y. I had intended to go tonight but instead left at 4 this afternoon to run an errand and to come home and mow, weather permitting. We’ve had a very wet May and June. Yesterday I hit a downpour just as I arrived home. Today, it just missed us, so I was able to mow.
