After a week of warm weather we are finally getting fall like temperatures. For me, that means comfortable and cool for a change. The highs all week have hovered in the mid 60’s and rather windy. High 50’s for lows at night. Bob had to turn the heat on this morning. I am still wearing shorts and of course, I wear short sleeve t-shirts all winter.
So far the week has been busy and hectic at work and otherwise. I had to take mom to the doctor yesterday in the middle of the day. I try to make appointments for myself and mom at either first thing in the morning or late in the afternoon to prevent having to park, trek the two blocks to work, back to the car, park the car, and back to work. But, they were working her in on short notice so I did not have a choice. I only missed a total of two hours of work which I can easily make up. Then off to the Y last night.
