Firm holiday today. I caught up the ironing, labeled some bottles for Bob, and sorted another box of papers and pictures. It was 29 degrees this morning when we got up so I had to wait for it to warm up enough to melt off the frost. Even with four days of clear and windy weather the leaves were still wet and soggy especially on the bottom. I raked up the big pile by the deck and put them in the yard cart then used the blower and rake to move the remaining pile to the back corner of the yard. I knew they would be too wet and soggy for the leaf vacuum.

This afternoon kit work for Bob then a hair cut appointment.
