We had a really nice cool front come through last night bringing lows down 52 this morning with a cool breeze and low humidity. It barely made it to the mid 70’s today which was a good thing.
The building I work in had no AC today. They took it down to work on it over the weekend and into Monday since that is a holiday for us. We were allowed to wear shorts to work. Fortunately, due to the cool weather it kept things fairly comfortable inside though it felt stuffy all day rather than hot. I worked through lunch and left early which I had planned to do not knowing how hot it would get by late afternoon. I went to the grocery store on the way home then Bob and I went to dinner at Mama Zoe’s and stopped by CVS on the way home.
