Another trip up to Jefferson/West Jefferson today. We looked at four new houses and went back to look at two we liked from the previous visit. This time we had one to compare it to because we liked the first house we looked at this morning. We stopped for a lunch break at noon before taking a look at the last of the four new ones then went back to take another look at the one we liked.
Sherman is doing due diligence on a few things for us and will let us know Monday if those issues pass muster. If so, we will put in an offer. But, in the meantime Sherman will keep looking for houses that come on the market in case this house falls through or we could find one we like even better. Even after putting an offer we can a certain amount of time to back out if we do, indeed find something we like even better.
