It’s another nice day of weather even with the partly cloudy skies. We had a heavy dew overnight making it too wet to get int the yard early. I was also waiting on the city to dump the yard cart. By the time I did some kit stuff for Bob it was time for lunch.
By this time the yard cart had still not been emptied. Last week it was early so I am thinking perhaps the start on one of the route one week and the other end of the route the next. I used the electric weed eater to chop down liriope and hosta in the back natural areas to make it easier to move leaves when I start using the blower. By now, still now city truck, so I took the bag off the mower and mulched. Now I will have an empty cart for next week and hopefully can get on a new schedule to get the lawn mowed/cleaned up with the leaves by Wednesday of each week. I don’t mind using the lawn vacuum but mowing them off the yard and blowing them off the natural areas is easier since the mower is self propelled and lawn vacuum is starting to burn oil.
