I had a couple of errands to run this morning. By the time I got back home it had warmed up enough to melt off the frost so I could get started in the yard. I trimmed back all the hostas then fired up the lawn vacuum. The front yard took less than a half hour since once side is mostly covered in straw; the side where the leaves had finished falling. After the front I took a lunch and rest break than did the back. It took about 50 minutes. I probably have one more weekend of clean up plus I need to mow at least one more time.
The knee is sore but that is to be expected. My feeling is the more I use it the more the residual swelling and stiffness will work itself out. I will rest and read the remainder of the afternoon other than having Colin, who turns 9 months today, out for some playtime.
