I worked from 8:30 to noon. Our floor had a few attorneys and support staff but not very many. I went over to Thruway Shopping Center to go in a couple stores for myself that I had some coupons for to see if I could find anything. I bought a new pair of work New Balance shoes like my Country Walkers. They have a new light color that I can use to replace a pair that are about shot.
From there I went on to my follow-up doctor’s appointment with my knee doctor for my 12 week check up. He was very pleased at the progress I have made and told me to keep doing what I have been. It’s still at about 95% but he it will keep getting better. I told him I would need another shot in the right knee in a couple of months but he did not want to see me again for my new knee until a year from now.
Bob and I went to Zoe’s for dinner. I am looking forward to having next week off though I will be spending a lot of it doing me deep house cleaning.
