Cooler and windy today. I had a couple of small outdoor projects to take care of this morning otherwise, I have been working in the garage all day. We mixed up a gallon bucket of peat moss and black cow compost for our indoor seed planting. We had a small wooden table we used in the foyer in Winston that belonged to Bob’s mom. I pulled it our from the corner of the garage by the file cabinets to use in front of the french doors for the seed pots. With space vacated I was able to move some non-use kit stuff in that corner to free more room on my gardening side of the garage for organizing and storage.

We been “plotting” gardening strategy most of the day deciding what goes in pots and what goes in smaller containers like egg cartons and small seed pots. After lunch we drove in to town to Farmers to pick up lettuce seeds for the pots and squash seeds for the garden when it’s time. We also picked up some biodegradable starter pots for the herbs.
