Heavy rain and thunderstorms overnight. Colin gets so frightened he does not know what to do with himself. He will come up behind me between my pillow and the headboard, which is fine if he would stay there. But he moves constantly from behind me to on top of me and Bob. After about twenty minutes of battling with him it gets tiring. I hate to do it but we may have to start giving him the same calming drug we gave Malcolm during storms.

This morning we put six large boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker with two cans of mushroom soup, white rice, and five cups of chicken bullion. The recipe feeds six which will give us several meals for the freezer.

I have been doing kit work all day. The sun has come out and winds are picking up. We are supposed to see some type of rain or snow showers this afternoon and tonight.
