I am reading Careless Whiskers by Miranda James.
Chilly with occasional rain showers. Last night I had my first really good night sleep in over two weeks. I did not even need to use the heating pad.
Today I am working on getting more ambulatory. The back is better with the pain meds and the swollen foot is already feeling better on the antibiotics. I a working on stretching and bending the bad left leg that is slowing down my movements. I am still using the cane for safety.
I am also going back to my regular eating. I ate my usual cereal for breakfast and a salad for lunch. I have stuff I can heat up for lunch. I loaded the dishwasher and washed up the non-dishwasher stuff before I fixed lunch. I feel a lot better today than I have in two and half weeks.
So, the plan of attack is to get things moving better using both ice and heat. I am used to rehabbing and know what to do to get things back on track.
Good to hear, may your progress continue.
