Another day with temperatures in the upper 70’s but very humid.

A quiet day today. Al and I went to the grocery store and stopped by the drug store to pick up a prescription. That’s about it for today. Still fighting back spasms.

Hang in there Barbara! Getting the picc out was good news, release from home health care is good news. The spasms are bad news, but hopefully they will pass soon.

I’m getting ready for hurricane Laura. unlike earthquakes, we can see the hurricanes coming…..
