Sunny and breezy today with highs in the upper 60’s. Winds are not as gusty as they were yesterday. Smoke has move out for now.
This morning drove over to Galax, VA. I needed a couple of things from Lowe’s. Since I was also right at Wal-Mart made a stop there as well. Found some non-food items I needed as well as stuff to stock up in the pantry. Did not find a few things I was looking for so will move them to my Food City list for the next time I go there.
I unloaded the car then did a few outdoor tasks. I added another bag of top soil to the hole by the well head and seeded and fertilized the spot. Watered everything in the ground and in pots. Pulled a few weeds and deadheaded some flowers which by that time it was almost one o’clock so I called it a day.
Need to make the rice for the stir fry this afternoon.
