A nice sunny day with highs in the mid 70’s and a nice breeze.
This morning, instead of doing my required walk, I watered and dead headed plants and did some weeding.
After lunch I went over to Donna’s. Debra and another friend came over for an afternoon of crafting. The one friend left early but Debra and I stayed the rest of the afternoon then Donna fixed dinner for us. I always take a break during the craft session to do my afternoon walk.
It’s good that you have company and companionship while you recover. They can remind you not to do too much, too soon 🙂
And it is great that you have become a part of the community there. That is something that concerns me about our BOL. We’ll always be the “new” people, but I hope they’ll think of us as “good” people. Fitting in with the locals is the first step to becoming a local.
It sounds like you’ve got a great support system to help you recover. I’m glad you are doing well.
