Sunny and mild today with highs in the upper 60’s and breezy.

Off and on busy day at the store. It was half price paperback day. We did well over $200.00 and had several very nice small donations to come in to work on. A lot of out of town visitors up for the day or the weekend. Great for the local economy.

Sunny and warm today with highs in the low 70’s and breezy.

I worked a couple of hours at the store, went to my PT, then back to the store. This morning I helped Joyce change out the book display on the front table before I left. She was busy while I was gone and had a few more customers come after I got back. We did go over $100.00 for the first time on a Wednesday in awhile.

Mostly sunny today but cool with temperatures in the mid 50’s and a light breeze.

The guys came this morning to fix the furnace. They put in the new part and found a very small broken part that was causing the antifreeze for the AC to leak. Should last at least another year.

This afternoon I went over to Donna’s for crafting afternoon. Good time and nice to visit with friends. I have started a new project that may take a couple of sessions to finish.

A good day at the store. Steady this morning. This afternoon more in and out in spurts. Mostly out of town folks which was great for the merchants on Main Street. We did well over $100.00. Not donations which was unusual.

A beautiful fall day in the mountains. Highs in the low 70’s with lots of sunshine and breezy.

I worked at the store this morning then left for my PT and then went back. We had a big load of donations come in today. Sales were light but we did okay for this time of year and the middle of the week.

Warm and sunny today with highs in the low 70’s and calm winds.

I went to the gym this morning to walk then back home to wait for the heating and air guys to come do the fall service check. They need to order a part to fix the heating part of the system. I have emergency heat if I need it but we are in a warm spell again so I may not need to use it until the part comes. Hopefully it will fix the problem for now or I will be replacing the whole system.

After lunch I went to Donna’s for craft afternoon. Came home, heated up my dinner, then went to the library for the quarterly Library Board Meeting.

Warm and sunny today with highs in the mid 50’s and breezy. We’ve had a couple of mornings with frost but not freeze yet. My in ground plants still look good as do a couple of my hanging baskets. Maybe another week before they get bit.

I left for Winston around 8 o’clock. Ran and errand than went to my haircut appointment. Afterwards, met Bonnie for lunch, ran another errand, and back up the mountain.

Fall colors are not pretty this year between the dry weather and the hurricane. They were actually prettier down the mountain and were just starting to turn.

Chilly, windy, and cloudy today with highs in the low to mid 40’s. I finally had to turn the heat on yesterday to take the chill off the house.

Not a very busy day at the store. We did okay dollar wise with a couple of big sales to round out the day. I worked a couple of hours then left for my rehab and went back. Joyce had a meeting so I had to close.
